ACT Community Technical Reference

The ACT Community is an online environment that enables Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT) users to join and then anonymously share issue and solution data. Additionally, users can view the overall community statistics, as provided by the vendor, Microsoft Corporation, or other ACT Community members.

Note:

You are automatically a member of the ACT community, by default; however, you can leave this community at any time by clearing the Yes, I want to join the ACT Community check box on the Preferences tab of the Application Compatibility Manager, Settings dialog box.
