You can open IIS Manager if you want to configure IIS 7.0 settings by using the user interface (UI).
To open IIS Manager from the Start menu
Click Start, and then click All Programs.
Click Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To open IIS Manager from the Search box
Click Start.
In the Start Search box, type inetmgr and press ENTER.
